This recipe is very easy to prepare.  You can prepare the Paneer at home and use by keeping in refrigerator for 2-3 days. Ingredients... *Full fat milk... 1 litre *Vinegar... 2 tablespoons  *Water... 4 tablespoons. Method... *Mix vinegar and water. *Boil the milk in a pan. *When milk starts boiling add gradually this vinegar water mix and keep stirring with a spoon.  Take care to add this vinegar water mix spoon by spoon only. *When milk solid separates and yellowish water releases, immediately switch off the Gas. Overboiling will make paneer hard in texture. *Place one soft cotton cloth in a steel strainer. Keep this strainer in a big pan so that whey water will get collected in the pan. Strain this milk and Paneer mix from the strainer.  *Immediately fold the cloth with paneer from all the four sides and make a small potli. Insert this p

Potato a versatile veg is loved by people from all the ages. We can prepare so many varieties from the Potatoes.
This Potato Peanut combo not only tastes Yummy but is a good combination of energy and proteins too.
Ingredients...
•Boiled Potatoes...250 grams
•Peanuts...1/4 th cup
•Oil...1 tbspn
•Mustard seeds...1/4 tsp
•Cumin seeds...1 pinch
•Asafoetida Powder...1 pinch
•Dry Red Chillies ..2
•Curry Leaves..7
•Salt 1/2 tsp
•Turmeric Powder...1/4 tsp
•Lemon juice..1 tsp
Method...
•Peel n dice the Boiled Potatoes.
•Heat Oil in a Iron skillet...deep fry Peanut's till crispy on low flame. Care should be taken not to overcook them.
•Keep them aside. Brake the Red chillies.
•Add Mustard n Cumin seeds, after they splutter add Asafoetida Powder, Turmeric Powder n Red broken Chillies.
•Saute on low flame just for 30 seconds, add Curry Leaves n diced Potatoes.
•Saute on medium flame for 4 minutes.
•Add Salt n Lemon Juice, mix properly and cook for 2..3 minutes.
•Done.
•Add fried Peanuts while serving to retain its crunchiness.
Enjoyy with hot Rotis or Dal Rice.

कृती
•à¤¬à¤Ÿाट्याची साले काढून फोडी करा.
•à¤²ोखंडी कढईत तेल तापवा , शेंगदाणे कुरकुरीत तळून घ्या.
•à¤¤à¤³à¤²ेले शेंगदाणे बाजूला ठेवा.
•à¤®ोहरी व जिरे घालून फोडणी करा.
•à¤¹à¤³à¤¦, हिंग व लाल मिरची घालून परता.
•à¤¬à¤Ÿाट्याच्या फोडी व कढीपत्ता घालून 4 मिनिटे परता.
•à¤®ीठ व लिंबू रस घालून मिक्स करा, अजून 2,3 मिनिटे परता.
•à¤­ाजी तयार.
•à¤µाढताना कुरकुरीत शेंगदाणे घालून वाढा.
•à¤—रम पोळी व वरण भातासोबत मस्तच लागते.
