We need something warm to eat and drink.  Try this tasty and healthy easy to make Kokum Sar.... easy to prepare and yummy 😋  Kokum fruit is loaded with essential nutrients like magnesium, iron, zinc, calcium, vitamin B6, and potassium.  You can have it as a soup or as a accompaniment with Rice, Khichdi, Pulao... Ingredients... 1 Cup...150 ml or 1/2 Measuring cup  *Kokum Agal...कोकम आगळ...1 Cup *Water .... 6 Cups *Sugar or Jaggery... 6-7 tsp  *Green chillies... 2..cut in Big pieces  *Coriander chopped.... 1 tbspn *Ghee... melted... 1 tbspn  *Cumin seeds ... 1/2 tsp  *Salt... Rich creamy Milk custard, lot's of colourful n flavour full Fruits, crunchy Dry fruits make this dish so tasty n healthy..😋😋😋
It tastes Awesome...
Ingredients...
*Full fat Milk...500 ml.
*Sugar...2 tablespoon
*Vanilla custard powder... 1.5 tablespoon
*Banana chopped... 2 Cup
*Apple chopped... 1 Cup
*Papaya chopped...1/2 Cup
*Pomogrenate Seeds... 1 Cup
*Black Grapes chopped... 1/2 Cup
*Cashews chopped.. 1 tbsp
*Almonds chopped...1/2 tbsp
*Pistachio chopped..1/4 tbsp
Method....
*Take 1/2 Cup Milk in a pan n mix custard powder in it without forming lumps.
*Keep rest of the Milk for heating, add Sugar in it.
*When it starts boiling, add custard mix milk slowly, stirring constantly.
*Keep on stirring constantly, within 2..3 minutes
it will thicken to a creamy consistency.
*Switch off the gas, let it cool completely.
*While serving add the custard in a glass, arrange all the fruits n top it with chopped dryfruits.
*You can mix all fruits n Dryfruits in the custard, if you wish so.
*Then serve it.

साहित्य...
*फुल फॅट दूध ...अर्धा लिटर
*साखर ...दोन टेबलस्पून
*व्हॅनिला कस्टर्ड पावडर... दीड टेबलस्पून *कापलेल्या केळ्याचे काप... दोन वाटी
*चिरलेले सफरचंद... एक वाटी
*डाळिंब दाणे ...एक वाटी
*काळे द्राक्ष ...अर्धी वाटी
*काजूचे तुकडे...एक टेबलस्पून
*बदामाचे काप ...अर्धा टेबल स्पून
*पिस्ता... पाव टेबल स्पून
कृती...
*अर्धा कप दुधात कस्टर्ड पावडर गुठळ्या होऊ न देता व्यवस्थित कालवून घ्या.
*उरलेले दुध गरम करायला ठेवा ,त्यात साखर घाला.
*दुध आणि साखरेचे मिश्रण उकळल्यावर त्यात कस्टर्ड पावडर कालवलेले दूध हळूहळू  घालून ढवळत राहा.
*हे मिश्रण सतत ढवळत राहा दोन-तीन मिनिटातच दाट, क्रिमी असे कस्टर्ड तयार होईल, गॅस बंद करा.
*कस्टर्ड गार झाल्यावर त्यात सगळी फळं व सुके मेवे मिसळा आणि सर्व्ह करा.
*हवे असल्यास तुम्ही पहिले कस्टर्ड आणि त्याच्यावर वेगवेगळ्या फळांचे थर व वरून सुकामेवा असे सुद्धा सर्व्ह करू शकता.

Method... *Mix vinegar and water. *Boil the milk in a pan. *When milk starts boiling add gradually this vinegar water mix and keep stirring with a spoon.  Take care to add this vinegar water mix spoon by spoon only. *When milk solid separates and yellowish water releases, immediately switch off the Gas.
