Try this simple and easy recipe where no syrup or पाक , चाशनी is needed. You can make Ladoo or Vadi as per your choice. Ingredients... 1 Cup...150 ml *Til without polish...2 cups *Finely chopped Jaggery... 1 Cup  Method.... *Roast Til in a kadhai on low flame, sauting continuously to remove it's raw flavour.  Take care not to over roast it.  Let it cool. *In a mixer jar add roasted Til and Jaggery, grind till it becomes powder. *Put in a wide based pan and mix thoroughly with the help of your hands. *Roll in small Ladoo. *You can eat one small Ladoo daily. Every year we eagerly await for the Winter season.
Vegie Preperations in this season are at its best.
So many tasty leafy vegetables are available in the market.
Sarso ka Sag is one of them.
Also known as Mustard Greens.
This sag is tasty and healthy too.
 specially loved by one and all in Northern India to protect themselves from the chilly winter.
Let's see how to prepare this at home...
Ingredients...
*Mustard Greens /Sarso...500 gm
*Bathua ...250 gm
*Chopped Onions...1Cup
1cup...150 ml
*Garlic cloves....8
*Grated Ginger...1.5 TSP
*Green Chillies...3
*Homemade Ghee/Butter...5 tbsp
*Butter for serving...1 tbsp
*Homemade Garam masala powder...1/2 tsp
*Turmeric powder..1/4 tsp
*Red Chilli Powder...1 tsp
*Salt...1 tsp
Method...
*Clean, Wash and roughly chopp both the green vegetables.
*Pressure cook them by adding 1cup water for 2 whistle.
*When it cools, drain the excess water by gently pressing in your hands.
*Grind it from the mixer to a coarse paste. It shouldn't be smooth like chutney.
*Make a paste of Ginger, Garlic and Chillies without adding water.
*Heat Ghee in a pan, add chopped Onions, Chilli, Ginger, Garlic paste, cook till Onions are translucent.
*Add Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Garam masala, Salt..saute for 2 minutes.
*Add Mustard Greens n Bathua mix, cook on low flame.
*Add water if required, cook for 5 minutes.
*Serve hot  by adding Butter with Makai ki Roti n Lassi
*If Bathua is not available you can use Spinach.

हिवाळा आला की बाजारात वेगवेगळ्या सुंदर ताज्या फळभाज्या व पालेभाज्या मिळायला लागतात .
पालेभाज्यांचे तर किती प्रकार चाकवत, शेपू, पालक, मेथी, कोथिंबीर, सरसों अनेक विविध प्रकार बाजारात मिळतात.
आज आपण प्रसिद्ध असा सरसो का साग पाहूया ...
सरसों म्हणजेच मोहरी च्या झाडाची पाने..
 ही भाजी थोडीशी उष्ण असल्यामुळे थंडी आली की उत्तरेकडे अतिशय आवडीने खाल्ली जाते ..सोबत भरपूर लोणी व तुपाचा वापर आणि चवदार मक‌ई की रोटी...
साहित्य
*सरसों ची भाजी...  500 ग्रॅम
*बथुआ किंवा चंदनबटवा... 250 ग्रॅम
*चिरलेला कांदा... एक वाटी
1 वाटी.... 150 मिली
*लसूण पाकळ्या ...आठ
*किसलेले आले ...दीड टीस्पून
*हिरव्या मिरच्या... तीन
*घरी केलेले ताजे तूप किंवा लोणी... 5 टेबलस्पून
*लोणी ..एक टेबल स्पून सर्व्ह करताना वरून घालावे
*घरी केलेला गरम मसाला... 1/2 टिस्पून
*हळद ...पाव टीस्पून
*लाल तिखट ...एक टीस्पून
*मीठ ...एक टीस्पून
कृती...
*प्रथम दोन्ही पालेभाज्या स्वच्छ निवडून, धुवून, जाडसर चिरून प्रेशर कुकरमध्ये एक वाटी पाणी घालून दोन शिट्या होऊ द्याव्या.
*कुकर गार झाल्यावर भाजी दोन्ही हातात धरून घट्ट पिळून पाणी काढून घ्या,
*भाजी मिक्सरमध्ये पाणी न घालता जाडसरच वाटून घ्या ,चटणी सारखी बारीक होऊ द्यायची नाही.
*आले ,मिरची व लसुण य पाणी न घालता वाटून  घ्या.
*कढईत लोणी किंवा तूप गरम करून घ्या, त्यात चिरलेला कांदा व आले मिरचीचे वाटण घालून कांदा पारदर्शक होईपर्यंत परतून घ्या.
*नंतर त्यात हळद, तिखट, गरम मसाला व मीठ घालून दोन मिनिटे परतून घ्या.
*हिरव्या भाजीचे वाटलेले मिश्रण घालून पाच मिनिटे खमंग परता.
*हवे असल्यास थोडे पाणी घाला.
*बथुआ मिळाला नाही तर तुम्ही पालक ची भाजी घालू शकता.
*गरम गरम सरसोची भाजी लोणी घालून सर्व्ह
करा.  सोबत  मक‌ई की रोटी व ताक आणि भरपूर कांदा, गाजर,बिट, मुळा सोबत‌ आनंद

Method... *Mix vinegar and water. *Boil the milk in a pan. *When milk starts boiling add gradually this vinegar water mix and keep stirring with a spoon.  Take care to add this vinegar water mix spoon by spoon only. *When milk solid separates and yellowish water releases, immediately switch off the Gas.
