High in fiber, helps digestion, and keeps you full longer.   Ingredients *Broccoli florets – 1 cup *Broccoli stems (peeled & chopped) – 1/4 cup *Almonds – 10–12 *Onion (chopped) – 1/4 cup *Garlic – 4 pods *Milk – 1/2 cup *Water – 1 cup *Sugar – 1 tsp *Salt – 1/2 tsp *Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp *Homemade ghee – 2 tsp *Chopped almonds – For garnish Method *Chop the almonds. *Take a thick-bottom pan, add ghee and let it melt. *Add chopped onion and garlic, sprinkle a pinch of salt. This is a very tempting and quick chutney prepared in our house every winter.
Very tasty n full of flavour...
Tastes better when consumed fresh...
Ingredients...
*Medium sized Tomatoes... 4
*Spicy Green Chillies...5..6
*Garlic pods ...5..6
*Chopped Coriander...1 tbspn
*Salt...1/2 tsp
Method...
*Roast Tomato, Chillies n Garlic pods on the flame.
*You may peel the rosted tomotoes. ..but i want to keep the nutrients and smokey flavur so not peeled it.
*Grind it roughly in the stone by adding Salt n Coriander. ..
*You can grind it in Mixer too.
*It should not  be in the paste form..rough texture gives better taste...
*It taste amazingly Yummmm 😋. ...

टमाट्याचे भरीत
हा एक तोंडी लावण्याचा प्रकार आहे... आमच्याकडे हिवाळ्यात बरेचदा हे भरीत किंवा टमाट्याची चटणी बनते .
अतिशय चवदार लागते चटक-मटक😋😋 फक्त एकच आहे की , ताजी छान लागते त्यामुळे थोडीशीच बनवा झटपट झटपट बनवा,
पट पट खा आणि संपवा.
ही चटणी वरण भात, पोळी , पराठे कशासोबतही छान लागते.
साहित्य...
*टमाटे मध्यम आकाराचे... चार
*हिरव्या मिरच्या थोड्या तिखट... पाच ते  सहा
*लसूण पाकळ्या सोलून... पाच ते सहा *कोथिंबीर चिरून... एक टेबल स्पून
*मीठ ...अर्धा टीस्पून

*टमाटे ,लसूण व मिरची गॅसवर भाजून घ्या.

*तुम्ही वाटल्यास टमाट्याची साले काढू शकता, पण भाजका वास यावा व जीवनसत्त्व तसेच राहावे म्हणून मी सालं काढली नाही आहेत. चटणीला थोडा काळा रंग येतो एवढेच पण चव मात्र जास्त छान लागते.
 *थोडे गार झाले की रगड्यात किंवा खलबत्त्यात मीठ व कोथिंबीर घालून जाडसर वाटून घ्या.
*आपल्याला ही खूप बारीक वाटायची नाही नाही. भरड चव छान लागते
*अतिशय स्वाद पूर्ण अशी चटणी तयार...
*ज्या दिवशी कराल तर याच दिवशी संपवा. *रगडा किंवा खलबत्ता नसेल तर मिक्सरमध्ये जाडसर वाटू शकता.
