Ingredients... 1 Cup...150 ml *Til without polish...2 cups *Finely chopped Jaggery... 1 Cup  Method.... *Roast Til in a kadhai on low flame, sauting continuously to remove it's raw flavour.  Take care not to over roast it.  Let it cool. *In a mixer jar add roasted Til and Jaggery, grind till it becomes powder. *Put in a wide based pan and mix thoroughly with the help of your hands. *Roll in small Ladoo. *You can eat one small Ladoo daily. Very healthy and can  be prepared  for daily Meals as well as when you are having guests.
Ingredients...
*Basmati Rice...1 Cup
*Oil...5 tbspn
*Potato diced...1 Cup
*Onion Julien...1 Cup
*Cashew nuts...7..8
*Garlic 3 & grated Ginger 1 tsp...grind it coarsely.
*Home made Garam Masala...1/2 tsp
*Salt...1 TSP
Green Colour...
*Chopped Spinach...1/2 Cup
*Coriander...1 tbsp
*Rock Salt...a pinch
*Lemon juice...1/2 tsp
Red Colour...
*Beetroot cubed and steamed...1 tbspn
*Termeric...a pinch
*Fresh Tomato chopped..1 tbsp
Method...
*Wash and Cook Rice by adding 2 cups of water on high flame in a pressure cooker for 1 flame.
*When cool, spread in a plate carefully, each grain should be separate.
*Make a pulp of steamed Beetroot and Tomato in a mixer, add Termeric and let it cook for 2..3 minutes.
Keep it aside.
*Steam Spinach in a pan without adding water, it will release water intially..cook till water evaporates.
Grind from Mixer cooked Spinach, Coriander, Lemon juice and Rock Salt.
*Make three portions of cooked Rice.
*In one portion add & mix Red colour, add & mix green colour in another portion. Keep third portion white only.
*Heat Oil in a pan... Fry Cashews till golden, remove and keep aside.
*In the same Oil...Add diced Potatoes, deep fry till golden on medium flame... Remove and keep aside.
*Add Onions in the remaining oil, let it be  light brown ... keep aside half of Onion.
*In the remaining Onion add Ginger Garlic pest, saute for 2..3 minutes add Salt, Garam Masala.
*Now mix fried Potatoes, Cashews, and all types of Rice with a light hand.
*Serve with crisp Onion set aside.

रोजच्या जेवणात किंवा पाहुणे आल्यावर सुद्धा करू शकता...
साहित्य...
*बासमती तांदूळ ...एक वाटी
*तेल ...5 टेबलस्पून
*बटाटा चौकोनी तुकडे ...एक वाटी
*कांदा उभा चिरून... एक वाटी
*काजु...7,8
*आल्याचा कीस 1 टिस्पून व  तीन लसूण पाकळ्या ... वाटुन घ्यावे
*गरम मसाला ...अर्धा टी स्पून
*मीठ..1 टिस्पून
हिरवा रंग...
*पालक स्वच्छ धुऊन व चिरुन.. अर्धी वाटी *कोथिंबीर चिरून.. एक टेबलस्पून
*काळे मीठ ..एक चिमूट
*लिंबूरस.. 1/2 टिस्पून
लाल रंग...
*बिटरूट चिरून व वाफवून... 1 टेबलस्पून
*चिरलेले टमाटे... एक टेबल स्पून
*हळद... एक चिमूट
कृती...
*तांदूळ स्वच्छ धुवून व दोन वाट्या पाणी घालून प्रेशरकुकरमध्ये हाय गॅसवरवर एक शिट्टी होईपर्यंत शिजवून घ्यावे. भात गार झाल्यावर एका ताटात पसरवून घ्या.
*पालक पाणी न घालता गॅसवर शिजायला ठेवा सुरुवातीला थोडे पाणी सुटेल, पाणी आटेपर्यंत शिजवून घ्या. पालक, कोथिंबीर, काळे मिठ व लिंबूरस मिक्सरमधून वाटून घ्या.
*बिटरूट, टमाटे व हळद मिक्सरमध्ये वाटून घ्या. गॅसवर दोन तीन मिनिटे शिजवून घ्या.
*आता शिजलेल्या भाताचे तीन भाग करा एका भागाला हिरवा रंग, दुसऱ्या भागाला लाल रंग तिसरा पांढरा भाग तसाच राहू द्या.
*एका मोठ्या कढईत तेल तापवुन त्यात बटाटे गुलाबी कुरकुरीत होईपर्यंत तळून घ्या, बाजूला काढून ठेवा.
*त्याच तेलात काजू घालून तळून बाजूला काढून ठेवा.
*उरलेल्या तेलात कांदा घालून,  गुलाबी रंग येईपर्यंत तळा, अर्धा तळलेला कांदा बाजूला काढून ठेवा.
*आता उरलेल्या कांद्यात आले लसूण पेस्ट घालून खमंग होईपर्यंत परता, त्यात गरम मसाला व मीठ घाला.
* आता त्यामध्ये तळलेले बटाटे, काजू व तीन ही रंगाचा भात घालून हलक्या हाताने एकत्र करा.
*वरतून उरलेला कांदा घालून सर्व्ह करा.

Ingredients  1 cup...150 ml •Milk powder....2 Cup  •Milk... 1 Cup  •Pure ghee...Melted...1/2 Cup •Grinded sugar...1 Cup  •Coarsely grinded sugar...3-4 tbsp  •Nutmeg powder.... 1 tsp  •Green cardamom powder... 1 tsp  Method  •Take a thick based or non stick kadhai. •Add 3 tbsp ghee and milk powder. •Put on a gas at the lowest flame. Keep sauting continuously. •After 2-3 minutes of roasting add remaining ghee and keep roasting continuously. Gas flame should be lowest. Roast the milk powder till it becomes light brown.
