Tomato Garlic Neer Dosa
This simple but Yummmm Breakfast dish I have learnt from my friend.... Archana Vinay

*Tomato ... 1 chopped
*Garlic cloves..3..4
*Dry Red Chillies...3
*Chickpea flour...2 tsp
*Salt...1 tsp
*Coconut Oil ...for frying
*Water...2 Cups
Method...
*Wash and soak the Rice for 3 hours.
*Drain the water from soaked Rice.
*Mix all the ingredients except Oil and Water.
*Grind to a smooth paste using minimum water.
*Pour the mixture in a pot, add remaining Water..we have to use 2 Cups of water including used in grinding.
*Heat the Iron Tawa for 3 minutes on medium flame, spread the Oil and let it heat.
*Now pour the Dosa batter, starting from out to inner side, remember we have to just pour, do not spread with the help of spoon like we do for Dosa.
*Drizzle with Oil and cover with the lid for two minutes.
*After two minutes, remove the lid, flip it carefully and cook from another side too.
*While making next Dosa, take care to mix batter from it's bottom.
*No need of Chutney...
*You can serve with Butter or Curd.
*It tastes very tasty without any accompaniment.
