Ingredients... For Dosa *Rice... 3 Cups *Udad Dal /Split Blackgram without skin...3/4 th Cup *Split Pigeon Pea/ Arhar or Tuar Dal...1/4th Cup *Fenugreek Seeds...1/4 tsp *Salt...3 tsp *Oil...
