This recipe is very easy to prepare.  You can prepare the Paneer at home and use by keeping in refrigerator for 2-3 days. Ingredients... *Full fat milk... 1 litre *Vinegar... 2 tablespoons  *Water... 4 tablespoons. Method... *Mix vinegar and water. *Boil the milk in a pan. *When milk starts boiling add gradually this vinegar water mix and keep stirring with a spoon.  Take care to add this vinegar water mix spoon by spoon only. *When milk solid separates and yellowish water releases, immediately switch off the Gas. Overboiling will make paneer hard in texture. *Place one soft cotton cloth in a steel strainer. Keep this strainer in a big pan so that whey water will get collected in the pan. This Misal is very flavorful, tasty but not so spicy. Since made from sprouted Moth very nutritious and healthy too.

No need of Pav or Bread...

Ingredients...
*Moth Beans ...1 Cup
*Oil...3 tbspn
*Salt...1 tsp
*Red Chilli Powder...1 tsp
*Turmeric Powder...1/4 tsp
*Mustard Seeds...1/4 tsp
*Asafoetida Powder...1/4 tsp
*Jaggery...2 tsp
*Kokum...4 (optional)
*Chopped Onions...1/2 Cup
*Chopped Tomatoes...1/2 Cup
*Chopped Coriander...1/2 Cup
*Khari/Masala Boondi...1/2 Cup
*Homemade Curd...1 Cup
Method...
*Clean and soak the Moth Beans  in the morning for 8 hours.
* In the evening put Moth Beans in the Colander...let all the excess water drain out. Cover the Colander with the lid & keep it in the warm place.
*In the next Morning you will get beautiful sprouted Moth.
*Heat Oil in the pressure Cooker...add Mustard seeds when it splutters add Asafoetida Powder, Turmeric, Moth Beans...saute for 2 minutes.
*Add Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Jaggery and Kokum....mix properly.
*Add 1.5 Cup water ...stirring properly, cover with the lid.
* Cook for one whistle on medium flame. Switch off the gas immediately.
* When cools... remove the lid..mix properly and replace in another Pot.
*While serving put 2..3 serving spoons cooked Moth Beans in a bowl...add chopped Coriander, Onions, Tomato, Khari Boondi/Sev.
*In the end top it with a nice dollops of Curd.
*This Misal tastes Awesome.
*No need of Pav or Bread...
Note...You can use Shev, Gathiya any Farsan of your choice.

आजची ही मिसळ अतिशय चवदार, चविष्ट पण जहाल, मसालेदार नाही.
मटकी ला मोड आल्यामुळे  खूप पौष्टिक आणि  आरोग्य दायी देखील....😋😋
पावा सोबत किंवा नुसती सुद्धा छान लागते ...

साहित्य ...
* मटकी... 1 कप
* तेल ... 3 टेबलस्पून
* मीठ ... 1 टीस्पून
* लाल तिखट ... 1 टीस्पून
* हळद पावडर ... 1/4 टीस्पून
* मोहरी  ... 1/4 टीस्पून
* हिंग पावडर ... 1/4 टीस्पून
* गूळ ... 1 टीस्पून
* कोकम ... 4 (ऐच्छिक)
* चिरलेला कांदा ... १/२ कप
* चिरलेला टोमॅटो ... १/२ कप
* चिरलेली कोथिंबीर ... १/२ कप
* खारी / मसाला बूंदी ... १/२ कप
* घरचे ताजे दही ... १ कप
पद्धत ...
*मटकी स्वच्छ निवडून ६..७ तास  भिजवून घ्या,
* संध्याकाळी एका रोळीत उपसुन ठेवा, सर्व जास्त पाणी काढून टाका.... एका झाकणान झाकून ठेवा आणि उबदार ठिकाणी ठेवा.
किंवा एखाद्या सुती कापडात बांधून ठेवा.
* दुसऱ्या दिवशी सकाळी  सुंदर अंकुरीत मटकी मिळेल.
* प्रेशर कुकरमध्ये तेल गरम करा ... मोहरी घालावी, तडतडल्यावर  त्यात हिंग, हळद व मटकी घालावी ... २ मिनिट परतावे.
* लाल तिखट, मीठ, गूळ आणि कोकम .... घाला.
* एक कप पाणी घाला ... नीट ढवळून घ्यावे, झाकण लावून बंद करा.
* मध्यम आचेवर एक शिटी होईपर्यंत शिजवा.  गॅस त्वरित बंद करा.
* थंड झाल्यावर झाकण काढा आणि दुसर्‍या भांड्यात उसळ काढून घ्या.
* सर्व्ह करताना २..3 चमचे शिजवलेली मटकी ची उसळ,  कोथिंबीर, कांदे, टोमॅटो, खारी बुंदी / शेव व मग दही घाला.
* या मिसळला अप्रतिम चव येते.
* पाव नसला तरी चालेल.
टीप ... आपण शेव, गाठ्या किंवा आपल्या आवडीचे कोणतेही फरसाण वापरू शकता.

Ingredients  1 cup...150 ml •Milk powder....2 Cup  •Milk... 1 Cup  •Pure ghee...Melted...1/2 Cup •Grinded sugar...1 Cup  •Coarsely grinded sugar...3-4 tbsp  •Nutmeg powder.... 1 tsp  •Green cardamom powder... 1 tsp  Method  •Take a thick based or non stick kadhai. •Add 3 tbsp ghee and milk powder. •Put on a gas at the lowest flame. Keep sauting continuously. •After 2-3 minutes of roasting add remaining ghee and keep roasting continuously. Gas flame should be lowest. Roast the milk powder till it becomes light brown. Care should be taken, that it shouldn't burn or stick to the bottom of the kadhai. •This takes approximately 15-20 minutes. •Switch off the gas. Add Milk in the kadhai.
