*Boiled, Peeled and Diced Potatoes....3 Cups

*Boiled, Peeled and Diced Potatoes....3 Cups
1 Cup...200ml.
*Chopped Onion...3/4 th Cup
*Dry Red Chillies...4 broken
*Grated Ginger...1 tsp
*Green Chillies..2 Chopped (Optional)
*Oil...4 tbspn
*Mustard Seeds...1/4 tsp
*Split Black Pigeon/Udad Dal.. 1 tsp
*Curry leaves...10..12
*Turmeric...1/4 th tsp
*Salt...1 tsp
Method...
*Heat Oil in a Kadhai, add Mustard Seeds, after it splutters add Udad Dal, let it be Pink in colour.
*Add Grated Ginger, Curry leaves, both Chillies, saute for a minute.
*Add Turmeric and chopped Onions.
Saute for two minutes.
*Add diced Potatoes & Salt mix properly.
*Cook on medium flame for 3 minutes sauting occasionally.
*Add 1 tablespoon water mix properly, cook till water is absorbed.
*This will give a soft texture, otherwise sometimes it get too dry.
*Done... Switch off the gas.
*Serve with hot Dosa.

बटाट्याची भाजी
ही भाजी करण्यासाठी खूप सोपी असून अतिशय चवदार लागते.... विशेष करून मसाला दोसा मध्ये ही भाजी खूप छान लागते.
ही भाजी असेल तर फक्त डोसा, भाजी व चटणी झकास बेत होतो 😋😋😋
अगदी सांबारची सुद्धा गरज नाही.
प्रत्येक घरी यासाठी वेगवेगळी रेसिपी आहे.
साहित्य ...
* उकडून, सोलून चिरलेले बटाटे .... 3 वाटी भरून
1 वाटी....200 मिली
* चिरलेला कांदा ... 3/4 वाटी
* सुक्या लाल मिरच्या ... 4
* किसलेले आले ... 1 टीस्पून
* हिरव्या मिरच्या .. 2 चिरून ... ऐच्छिक
* तेल.... 4 टेबलस्पून
* मोहरी ... 1/4 टीस्पून
*उडीद डाळ .. 1 टीस्पून
* कढीपत्ता ... १०....१२ पाने
* हळद ... 1/4 टीस्पून
* मीठ ... 1 टीस्पून
पद्धत ...
* एका कढईत तेल गरम करून त्यात मोहरीचे दाणे घालावे, तडतडल्यावर उडदाची डाळ घालावी व गुलाबी रंग येईपर्यंत परतावे.
* किसलेले आले, कढीपत्ता, दोन्ही मिरची घालून एक मिनिट परता.
* हळद आणि चिरलेला कांदा घाला.
दोन मिनिटे परता.
*बटाटे फोडी आणि मीठ घालून चांगले परतावे.
*मध्यम आचेवर 3 मिनिटे शिजवा, अधुन मधून परतत रहावे.
* 1 टेबलस्पून पाणी घालून, पाणी थोडे आटेपर्यंत शिजवा.
*असे केल्याने भाजी छान मउसर होते व चांगली लागते. नाही तर कधीकधी फार कोरडी भाजी होते. झाले ... गॅस बंद करा.
* आपली खमंग भाजी तयार आहे
* गरमागरम डोसाबरोबर सर्व्ह करा.
