This recipe is very easy to prepare.  You can prepare the Paneer at home and use by keeping in refrigerator for 2-3 days. Ingredients... *Full fat milk... 1 litre *Vinegar... 2 tablespoons  *Water... 4 tablespoons. Method... *Mix vinegar and water. *Boil the milk in a pan. *When milk starts boiling add gradually this vinegar water mix and keep stirring with a spoon.  Take care to add this vinegar water mix spoon by spoon only. *When milk solid separates and yellowish water releases, immediately switch off the Gas. Overboiling will make paneer hard in texture. *Place one soft cotton cloth in a steel strainer. Keep this strainer in a big pan so that whey water will get collected in the pan. Strain this milk and Paneer mix from the strainer.  *Immediately fold the cloth with paneer from all the four sides and make a small potli. Insert this p

This is a very delicious traditional sweet Dish, which can be prepared from all easily available Raw materials at our home.
But when prepared properly tastes divine....😋😋😋😋

Ingredients....
*Wheat Flour... 1 Cup
1 Cup...200 ml
*Melted Ghee... 1 Cup
*Sugar... 1 Cup...
*Banana... 1...Sliced thinly
*Green Cardamom Powder... 1/2tsp
*Milk... 2.5 Cups...
*Dry Fruits of your choice
Method....
*Dry roast wheat flour in an Iron Kadhai on low flame till aroma releases...
*Add Melted Ghee n roast on low flame till brown in colour or ghee releases from the sides...
*Add milk ... stir n mix...cook till milk is fully absorbed...
*Add Sugar n mix...cover with the lid for 3..4 minutes.
*Remove the lid n mix again.
*Switch off the gas...
*Add Cardamom Powder, finely sliced banana & chopped dry fruits. *Mix properly..serve hot ..
*Banana gives a very sweet n nice flavour...

कणकेचा शिरा
साजूक तुपात खमंग भाजलेला  कणिकेचा हा शिरा अतिशय खमंग लागतो.
त्याच्यात घातलेला केळीच्या कापांनी तर त्याचा स्वाद अधिक दुणावतो... अतिशय अप्रतिम चव येते...
तेंव्हा बघूया कसा करायचा कणकेचा शिरा...
साहित्य...
*कणीक...एक वाटी
1 वाटी.... 200 मिली
*पातळ साजूक तूप...एक वाटी
*साखर... एक वाटी
*दुध....अडीच वाटी
*वेलची पूड...1/2 टीस्पून
*केळे... एक ...पातळ काप करून
*सुका मेवा... आवडीनुसार
कृती....
*लोखंडी कढईत कणीक कोरडी मंद आचेवर खमंग सुवास येईपर्यंत भाजून घ्या.
*मग त्यात पातळ तूप घालून मंद आचेवर गुलाबी रंग येईपर्यंत आणि चारी बाजूंनी तूप सुटेपर्यंत भाजून घ्या
*नंतर दूध घाला आणि दुध आटेपर्यंत अधून मधून हलवत शिजवून घ्या
*नंतर त्यात साखर घालून छान एकत्र करा व मंद आचेवर झाकण ठेवून तीन-चार मिनिटे शिजू द्यावे.
*गॅस बंद करून वेलची पूड, केळीचे काप व सुकामेवा घालून एकत्र करा.
*सुमधुर स्वादीष्ट शिऱ्याचा आनंद घ्या

Ingredients  1 cup...150 ml •Milk powder....2 Cup  •Milk... 1 Cup  •Pure ghee...Melted...1/2 Cup •Grinded sugar...1 Cup  •Coarsely grinded sugar...3-4 tbsp  •Nutmeg powder.... 1 tsp  •Green cardamom powder... 1 tsp  Method  •Take a thick based or non stick kadhai. •Add 3 tbsp ghee and milk powder. •Put on a gas at the lowest flame. Keep sauting continuously. •After 2-3 minutes of roasting add remaining ghee and keep roasting continuously. Gas flame should be lowest. Roast the milk powder till it becomes light brown.
