Homemade Paneer

This recipe is very easy to prepare.  You can prepare the Paneer at home and use by keeping in refrigerator for 2-3 days. Ingredients... *Full fat milk... 1 litre *Vinegar... 2 tablespoons  *Water... 4 tablespoons. Method... *Mix vinegar and water. *Boil the milk in a pan. *When milk starts boiling add gradually this vinegar water mix and keep stirring with a spoon.  Take care to add this vinegar water mix spoon by spoon only. *When milk solid separates and yellowish water releases, immediately switch off the Gas. Overboiling will make paneer hard in texture. *Place one soft cotton cloth in a steel strainer. Keep this strainer in a big pan so that whey water will get collected in the pan. #रेणूरसोई आक्की रोटी हा एक कन्नड प्रकार आहे... भाकरी व थालीपीठाच्या जवळपास जाणारा... मस्तच लागतो... नाश्त्याला... सोबत ताजी चटणी व लोणी असेल तर अजून मजा येते... साहित्य... *तांदुळ पीठ...1 वाटी *कांदा चिरून...1/2 वाटी *गाजर किसून...1/4 वाटी *कोथिंबीर चिरून...1 टेबलस्पून *नारळाचा चव....1 टेबलस्पून... ऐच्छिक *हिरवी मिरची चिरून...2 *कढीपत्त्याची पाने चिरून...5..6 *मीठ...1 टिस्पून *जीरे...1/4 टिस्पून कृती... *सगळे साहित्य एकत्र करून घ्या. *पाणी घालून भाकरी च्या पीठाप्रमाणे भिजवून घ्या. *तापलेल्या तव्यावर तेल लावून, वरील पीठ थापावे. *थोडे तेल सोडून ,झाकण ठेवून दोन मिनिटे शिजू द्यावे. *एक बाजू खमंग झाली की दुसरी बाजू पण भाजुन घ्या. *लोणी, चटणी, लोणचे किंवा नुसती सुध्दा छान लागते.

They are not at all Oily, even after frying Oil in the Kadhai was almost same. Ingredients... *Udid Dal...1/2 Cup *Moong Dal...1/2 Cup *Rice flour...1 tbspn *Chopped Onion...3/4 Cup *Chopped Coriander...1/2 Cup *Green Chillies chopped...3 *Grated Ginger...1/2 tsp *Black Pepper...1/4 tsp *Salt...1 tsp *Cumin seeds...1/4 tsp *Oil ...for frying. Method... *Wash and soak both the Dal in water for 3 hours. *Drain out all the Water. *Grind from the Mixer without adding water to a smooth paste. If required you can add 2..3 tsp water.
