Drumsticks / Moringa Leaves Paratha
We all know Drumsticks leaves have rich  medicinal values.
So today prepared tasty Paratha.
Though Moringa leaves are used they are very tasty n will be liked by one and all.
It tastes yummy & healthy too.
Multigrain flour is used....
Ingredients...
*Wheat flour...1 Cup
*Jawar/Sorghum flour...1 Cup
*Chickpea flour...1/2 cup
*Drumsticks leaves...1 Cup
*Grated Cucumber...1 Cup
*Salt...2 tsp
*Red Chillie Powder...1.5 tsp
*Cumin seeds...1/4 tsp
*Turmeric Powder...1/4 tsp
*Seasame Seeds...2 tsp
*Oil...5 tsp
*Oil ...for Roasting
Method...
*Wash Drumsticks leaves...no need to chopp.
*Mix all ingredients properly except Oil for Roasting.
*Add water gradually to make a dough. Water should be added carefully in very less quantity...it releases water.
*Make equal size balls.
*Roll out the Paratha, use  minimum dry wheat flour for rolling.
*Heat the Iron Tawa on medium flame, place the Paratha, dry roast from both the sides.
*Drizzle Oil and cook from both the sides till crisp n golden.
*Serve with Pickle and Curd.

शेवग्याच्या पानांचा पराठा
शेवग्याची पाने फार औषधी असतात.
आज  मी शेवग्याच्या पानांचे खमंग व खुसखुशीत असे पराठे बनवले आहे खूप छान लागतात व पौष्टिक पण आहे.
ह्या पराठ्यामध्ये शेवग्याच्या पानांचा अजिबात उग्रपणा लागत नाही त्यामुळे लहान-मोठे सगळ्यांनाच आवडेल.
हा पराठा मिश्र पिठापासून व मिश्र भाज्या घालून बनवला आहे तुम्ही नाश्ता, डबा व  जेवण कशासाठी पण करू शकता.
साहित्य..
*गव्हाचे पीठ... एक वाटी
*ज्वारी पीठ... एक वाटी
*बेसन...1/2 वाटी
*शेवग्याची पाने... एक वाटी
*काकडीचा कीस... एक वाटी
*मीठ...दोन टीस्पून
*तिखट... दीड टी स्पून
*हळद... पाव टी स्पून
*जिरे ...पाव टी स्पून
*तिळ...दोन टीस्पून
*तेल... पाच टीस्पून
*तेल... पराठे शेकण्यासाठी
कृती...
*शेवग्याची पाने स्वच्छ धुऊन घ्या,  चिरायची गरज नाही.
*शेकण्यासाठीचे तेल सोडून बाकी सर्व साहित्य नीट मिसळून एकत्र करून घ्या.
*नंतर अगदी हळूहळू पाणी घालून, घट्ट गोळा भिजवून घ्या. पाणी अतिशय जपून वापरा कारण नंतर पीठ सैल होते.
*पीठाचे सारखे गोळे करून, वरून थोडी पिठी लावून एक सारखे पराठे लाटून घ्या.
*गरम तापलेल्या तव्यावर मध्यम आचेवर ,पराठे दोन्ही बाजूने  कोरडे शेकून घ्या.
*व मग तेल लावून गुलाबी रंगावर खमंग खुसखुशीत भाजून घ्या.
*दही व लोणच्या सोबत सर्व्ह करा.
