Ingredients... 1 Cup...150 ml *Til without polish...2 cups *Finely chopped Jaggery... 1 Cup  Method.... *Roast Til in a kadhai on low flame, sauting continuously to remove it's raw flavour.  Take care not to over roast it.  Let it cool. *In a mixer jar add roasted Til and Jaggery, grind till it becomes powder. *Put in a wide based pan and mix thoroughly with the help of your hands. *Roll in small Ladoo. *You can eat one small Ladoo daily. Pithle is a typical Maharashtrian dish which goes very well with Rice, Bhakari, Roti....
This is a protein rich tasty preparation, which can be prepared within  minutes. Basic ingredient used is Chickpea flour or Besan.
This dish is prepared in every house hold & is prepared with different ingredients. And each preperation tastes Yum 😋😋😍
Today I have prepared Tomato Pithle...टमाट्या चे पिठले.
Where Tomatoes are used , along with other spices and herbs.
Very tasty and healthy 😍

Ingredients...
1 Cup... 150 ml
*Chickpea flour...1 Cup
*Water...3 Cups
*Tomato chopped... 2 Cups
*Oil...3 tbspn
*Green Chillies... 4
*Coriander chopped...1 tbspn
*Turmeric...1/2 tsp
*Red Chilli Powder...1 tsp
*Salt...1 tsp
*Mustard Seeds...1/2 tsp
*Asafoetida Powder...1/4 tsp
Method...
*Mix Chickpea flour n 2 Cups Water slowly without forming lumps. You can use whisker.
*Heat Oil in a pan, add Mustard Seeds, let it splutter, add Turmeric Powder.
*Add chopped Green Chillies, Asafoetida Powder & Tomatoes. Saute for 3 minutes.
*Add Red Chilli Powder &  Water ,
 let it boil.
*Put the gas on low flame.
*When it  starts boiling, add Chickpea flour Water mix and Salt.
Using a laddle mix it carefully with boiling water.
*Let it cook on low flame for five minutes, stirring occasionally.
* Switch off the gas.
*Goes very well with Rice, Bhakari, Roti. Even with Bread slices it tastes yummy.

भाकरी, पोळी भात, खिचडी .... बरोबर खूप छान लागते
 हे भरपूर प्रथिनयुक्त   व चवदार  आहे,  काही मिनिटांतच तयार केले जाऊ शकते.
आयत्या वेळेस  भाजी व  वरणाला उत्तम पर्याय आहे...
आमच्याकडे तर ठरवून पिठले केले जाते... फार आवडते....
प्रत्येक घरात पिठले हे वेगवेगळ्या प्रकारे बनते आणि प्रत्येक पिठल्याची चव अप्रतिम असते आज मी टमाट्याचे पिठले केले आहे आमच्याकडे पण पिठले बऱ्याच  प्रकारे बनते
 व अतिशय सुंदर लागते 😋😋😍
 साहित्य ...
1 वाटी.... 150 मिली.
 * बेसन/ चणाडाळी चे पीठ ... 1वाटी
 * टमाटे चिरून ... 2 वाटी
 * पाणी ... ३ वाटी
 * तेल ... 3 टेबलस्पून
 * हिरव्या मिरच्या ....4
 * हिंग पुड...1/4 टिस्पून
 * कोथिंबीर चिरलेली ... 1 टेस्पून
 * हळद ... 1/2 टीस्पून
 * लाल तिखट ... 1/2 टीस्पून
 * मीठ ... 1 टीस्पून
 * मोहरी  ... 1/2 टीस्पून
कृती
 * बेसन पीठ व 2 वाटी पाणी हळूहळू एकत्र करावे, गुठळ्या होणार नाहीत याची काळजी घ्यावी.आपण व्हिस्कर वापरू शकता.
 * कढईत तेल गरम करून त्यात मोहरी घाला, तडतडल्यावर  हळद घाला.
 * चिरलेली हिरवी मिरची , हिंग आणि चिरलेले टमाटे घालून, 3 मिनिट परता.
 *लाल तिखट घाला, मग 1 वाटी पाणी  घालून  उकळी येऊ द्या.
 * गॅस मंद आचेवर ठेवा.
 * ते उकळत असताना बेसन पीठ व पाण्याचे मिश्रण आणि मीठ चमच्याच्या सहाय्याने उकळत्या पाण्यात हळूहळू मिसळा.
 * अधून मधून ढवळावे, पाच मिनिटे मंद आचेवर शिजू द्या.
 * गॅस बंद करा.
 * भाकरी, पोळी, भात, खिचडी सोबत खुप मस्त लागते.
*कडक भाजलेल्या ब्रेडच्या स्लाइस सोबत पण  स्वादिष्ट लागते.
