Ingredients... 1 Cup...150 ml *Til without polish...2 cups *Finely chopped Jaggery... 1 Cup  Method.... *Roast Til in a kadhai on low flame, sauting continuously to remove it's raw flavour.  Take care not to over roast it.  Let it cool. *In a mixer jar add roasted Til and Jaggery, grind till it becomes powder. *Put in a wide based pan and mix thoroughly with the help of your hands. *Roll in small Ladoo. *You can eat one small Ladoo daily. Masoor Dal Dosa

We like dosa for breakfast and we prepare dosa of different various combinations....

Today for the first time I prepared Masoor dal dosa and it turned out very Yummy 😋😋😋😋 You can prepare it soft as well as crispy as per your choice...

It is protein rich, fermented and with the goodness of coconut oil...

You can prepare it without fermenting also... quickly after grinding... but if you'll ferment the batter it tastes different...

I have followed the recipe of Shobana Rao, but made slight changes...

Ingredients...

*Masoor Dal... 2 Cups

1 Cup... 150 ml

*Raw Rice... 1 Cup

*Fenugreek seeds... 1/2 tsp

*Salt...2 tsp

*Coconut oil... For roasting

Method...

*Wash and soak masoor dal and rice for atleast 5 hours. Also soak Fenugreek seeds with rice and dal.

*Grind them to a smooth paste from the mixer, consistency should be like dosa batter. I have added approximately 1 Cup water for grinding. Pour in the pan and cover with lid.

*Let this batter ferment for 7...8 hours or overnight.

*After it get fermented add salt and mix properly.

*Heat the Iron Tawa for 3 minutes, spread Oil, let it heat for 2 minutes.

*Cut one Onion in half, insert one Fork or knife in the Onion. Take half cup water and every time before preparing dosa wipe the tawa with the onion fork by inserting in water. This will prevent stickyness.

*Now spread 1/4 tsp Oil on Tawa, wipe it with the Onion, spread one big serving spoon... approximately 1/2 Cup batter on Tawa. It should be thin spread... drizzle the sides with Oil.

*Let it cook on medium heat for 2..3 minutes.

*Remove from the sides and flip if necessary.

*Serve with Coconut green Chillies Chutney.

I have grinded Chopped coriander 1/2 cup, 10 green chillies, 1/2 Cup grated coconut, 2 tsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp salt by adding little water.
