Ingredients... 1 Cup...150 ml *Til without polish...2 cups *Finely chopped Jaggery... 1 Cup  Method.... *Roast Til in a kadhai on low flame, sauting continuously to remove it's raw flavour.  Take care not to over roast it.  Let it cool. *In a mixer jar add roasted Til and Jaggery, grind till it becomes powder. *Put in a wide based pan and mix thoroughly with the help of your hands. *Roll in small Ladoo. *You can eat one small Ladoo daily. This is no Onion and garlic recipe.  So one can prepare for festivals or Pooja Prasad.

 This rice tastes very tasty and delicious.

 The use of lots of vegetables and right amount of spices makes the rice more flavorful and aromatic.

 When this rice is cooked at home, the surroundings are full of wonderful aroma.

 In monsoons or winters, hot butter milk kadhi is a must....and in summers cool butter milk will be the right accompaniment.

 This  preperation tastes very amazing with  Jalebi 😋😋😋😋

 Ingredients...

 *Flavourful Rice... 1 Cup 

 1 cup...150 ml

 *Finely chopped Cabbage...2 Cup 

 *Peanuts... 1/4 cup

 *Dried coconut grated... 1/4 cup

 *Chopped coriander... 1/2 Cup 

 *Chopped green chillies...3

 *Grated ginger....1 tsp

 *Curry leaves ...15 leaves

 *Oil... 5 tbsp

 *Turmeric...1/2 tsp

 *Salt...1 tsp

 *Garam masala...1/2 tsp

 *Goda masala...1 tsp

 * Coriander powder...1 tsp 

 Method...

 * First of all wash the peanuts and soak them in water.  At least for 30 minutes.

 *Wash the rice, drain the water and keep aside.

 * Grind grated coconut , chillies, coriander, curry leaves and grated ginger in a mixer without adding water.

 *Heat oil in a cooker and saute turmeric, grinded chilli and coriander mix on low flame.

 *Then add the cabbage and peanuts and saute for 3..4 minutes.  Add coriander powder, goda masala, garam masala.

 *Add the washed rice and mix gently.

 *Add two cuos of hot water and salt and stir well.

*Cook on medium flame for one whistle only.

 *Switch off the gas immediately after one whistle.

*Garnish with chopped coriander and served by adding a spoon of ghee and hot Kadhi

पानकोबी चा मसालेभात

सणा चा स्वयंपाक करताना कांदा लसूण घालत नाही. तेंव्हा हा मसालेभात करून पहा...

हा मसालेभात फार चवदार व स्वादिष्ट लागतो.

भरपूर भाजी व योग्य प्रमाणात मसाल्यांचा वापर भाताला अधिक खमंग व सुगंधी बनवतो.

हा भात जेंव्हा घरी शिजत असतो तेंव्हा आजुबाजुचा परीसर अप्रतिम अशा सुगंधाने दरवळत असतो.

पावसाळा  किंवा हिवाळ्यात सोबत हवी गरमागरम कढी ....तर उन्हाळ्यात मस्त थंडगार ताक किंवा मठ्ठा...

सोबत जिलबी असेल तर ... अतिशय अप्रतिम 😋😋😋😋


साहित्य...

*सुगंधी तांदूळ... एक वाटी

1वाटी...150 मिली

*पानकोबी बारीक चिरून...2 वाटी

*शेंगदाणे... 1/4 वाटी

*सुके खोबरे कीस... 1/4 वाटी

*कोथिंबीर चिरून... अर्धी वाटी

*हिरवी मिरची चिरून...3

*आलेकीस....1 टिस्पून

*कढीपत्ता ...15 पाने

*तेल... 5 टेबलस्पून

*हळद...1/2 टिस्पून

*मीठ...1 टिस्पून

*गरम मसाला...1/2 टिस्पून

*गोडा मसाला...1 टिस्पून

*धनेपूड...1 टिस्पून 

कृती...

*सर्व प्रथम शेंगदाणे स्वच्छ धुवून पाणी घालून भिजवून घ्या. कमीतकमी  30 मिनिटे.

*तांदूळ स्वच्छ धुवून, पाणी निथळून बाजूला ठेवून द्या.

*खोबरे कीस, मिरची, कोथिंबीर, कढीपत्त्याची पाने व आले किस पाणी न घालता मिक्सरमध्ये वाटून घ्या.

*कुकरमध्ये तेल तापवून हळद, मिरची कोथिंबीर चे वाटण मंद आचेवर खमंग परतून घ्या.

*मग पानकोबी व शेंगदाणे, घालून 3..4 मिनिटे परतून घ्या. धनेपूड, गोडा मसाला, गरम मसाला घाला.

*धुतलेले तांदूळ घालून हलक्या हाताने एकत्र करा.

*दोन वाट्या गरम पाणी व मीठ घालून छान ढवळून घ्या.

*मध्यम आचेवर एक शिट्टी वाजली की गॅस लगेच बंद करा.

*वाफ जिरली की गरमागरम भात, साजूक तुप व कढी सोबत सर्व्ह करा.
