This recipe is very easy to prepare.  You can prepare the Paneer at home and use by keeping in refrigerator for 2-3 days. Ingredients... *Full fat milk... 1 litre *Vinegar... 2 tablespoons  *Water... 4 tablespoons. Method... *Mix vinegar and water. *Boil the milk in a pan. *When milk starts boiling add gradually this vinegar water mix and keep stirring with a spoon.  Take care to add this vinegar water mix spoon by spoon only. *When milk solid separates and yellowish water releases, immediately switch off the Gas. Overboiling will make paneer hard in texture. *Place one soft cotton cloth in a steel strainer. Keep this strainer in a big pan so that whey water will get collected in the pan. Strain this milk and Paneer mix from the strainer.  *Immediately fold the cloth with paneer from all the four sides and make a small potli. Insert this p

Sprouted food is good for health. Atleast 3 times in a week one should eat Pulses.
Here is a recipe for tasty moong usal...
Ingrediants. ...
•Whole Green Moong/Green Gram  1 cup
•Onions 2
•Green chillies 2
•Ginger Garlic paste 1 tsp
•Grated Coconut 1/2 cup
•Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
•Red Chilly Powder 1.5 tsp
•Salt 1.5 tsp
•Oil 1.5 tb sp
•Kokam/Aamsul 4 pcs
•Mustard n Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp each
•Asafoetida Powder 1/2 tsp
•Coriander Seeds Powder 1 5
•Cumin seeds Powder 1/4 tsp
•Jaggery 2 tsp
•Chopped Coriander 1/4 cup
Method....
•Soak Green Moong for 7..8 hours...n then keep it for sprouting
•Heat oil in a pan add mustard n cumin ..when it splutters add Asafoetida powder. .. add chopped green coriander. ..saute ...add onions n Turmeric powder. ..let it cook for 3..4 mts
•Add Red Chillies powder n sprouted moong...saute on low flame for 6..7 mts
add Coriander n  Cumin seeds powder. ..mix
add 4 cups hot water...let it cook by covering. ..when moong are tender but not mushy. ..
•Add grated coconut. .. Salt.. Jaggery..n Kokum...let it cook for 3..4 mts..
Done..
Serve hot with Rice or Roti. ..

•à¤®ोहरी व जिरे प्रत्येकी 1/4 tsp

•à¤§à¤£े पावडर 1.5 tsp
•à¤œिरे पावडर 1/2 tsp
•à¤—ुळ 2 tsp
•à¤•ोथिंबीर चिरून 1/4 वाटी
कृती...
•à¤®ुग 7,8 तासात भिजत घाला, नंतर मोड आणून घ्या.
•à¤•à¤¢à¤ˆà¤¤ तेल तापवा, मोहरी व जिरे घालून तडतडल्यावर  चिरलेला कोथिंबीर घालून खमंग होईपर्यंत परता,हींग, हळद व कांदा घाला, 3..4 मिनिटे कांदा मऊ होइपर्यंत परता.
•à¤²ाल तिखट व मुग घालून 7,8 मिनिटे परता, धने व जिरे पूड घालून 4 वाटी गरम पाणी घाला, मुग मउ होईपर्यंत शिजवा.
•à¤–ोबरे किस, मीठ , गुळ व आमसुलं घालून 4,5 मिनिटे उकळा.
•à¤¤à¤¯ार, गरम पोळी, किंवा भातासोबत खा.
•à¤–ूप छान लागते.
