Method... *Mix vinegar and water. *Boil the milk in a pan. *When milk starts boiling add gradually this vinegar water mix and keep stirring with a spoon. Take care to add this vinegar water mix spoon by spoon only. *When milk solid separates and yellowish water releases, immediately switch off the Gas. Overboiling will make paneer hard in texture. *Place one soft cotton cloth in a steel strainer. Keep this strainer in a big pan so that whey water will get collected in the pan. Ingredients...
•Paneer 200 gms,
•Onion 1 diced
•Shimla Mirchi/Capsicum 1 diced
•Carrot diced 1/2 Cup
•Tomato 2 remove the pulp n diced
• Grated Ginger 1/2 tsp
•Black Pepper crushed roughly 1/2 tsp
•Lal Mirch Powder /Red Chilly Powder 1 tsp
•Salt 1tsp
•Lemon juice 1 tsp
•Jira/Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
•Oil 1 table spoon
Method...
•Heat Oil in a pan
•Add Jira, after it splutters add Chopped Onion n •Grated Ginger...stir
•Add Tomatoes , n Carrots, saute for 2..3 minutes
• Add Shimla Mirch n Lal Mirch Powder •Saute...add Salt, Black Pepper, n Paneer Cubes
•Saute for 2 mts...add Lemon juice and mix properly
•Switch off the gas.

•मिरेपूड 1/2 tsp

कृती...
•कढईत तेल तापवून जिरे घालून फोडणी करा.
•चिरलेला कांदा व आले किस घालून परता.
•टमाटे व लाल तिखट घालून परता.
•गाजर व सिमला मिरचिचे तुकडे घालून परता.
•मिरेपूड, मीठ व पनीरचे तुकडे घालून 2 मिनिटे परता.
