You can prepare the Paneer at home and use by keeping in refrigerator for 2-3 days. Ingredients... *Full fat milk... 1 litre *Vinegar... 2 tablespoons *Water... 4 tablespoons. Method... *Mix vinegar and water. *Boil the milk in a pan. *When milk starts boiling add gradually this vinegar water mix and keep stirring with a spoon. Take care to add this vinegar water mix spoon by spoon only. *When milk solid separates and yellowish water releases, immediately switch off the Gas. Overboiling will make paneer hard in texture. *Place one soft cotton cloth in a steel strainer. Keep this strainer in a big pan so that whey water will get collected in the pan. *Oil ...1 tbsp
*Ghee for roasting
Method...
*Heat Oil in a pan...add Green Chillies,Ginger n Onions...saute till soft...add Red Chilli Powder n Salt...
*Grate the boiled Potatoes add in the pan...add Capsicum n Carrots...saute all for 2..3 mts.
*Add mix herbs... Mix all properly. *Switch off the gas.
*Take one Roti... apply little Tomato Chutney...apply vegie mix as much as you like...spread grated Cheese...Cover with another chutney applied Roti...keep this on preheated tawa....roast till golden by applying Ghee from both the sides.
*Cut into quarters while serving.
*Done
Serve hot...Salsa or ketchup not required.
*For Tomato Chutney..
In 2 TSP Oil add 3 roughly crushed Garlic, 2 chopped Tomatoes, 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder n 1/4 tsp Salt.
Cook till soft n mushy.
