Homemade Paneer

This recipe is very easy to prepare.  You can prepare the Paneer at home and use by keeping in refrigerator for 2-3 days. Ingredients... *Full fat milk... 1 litre *Vinegar... 2 tablespoons  *Water... 4 tablespoons. Method... *Mix vinegar and water. *Boil the milk in a pan. *When milk starts boiling add gradually this vinegar water mix and keep stirring with a spoon.  Take care to add this vinegar water mix spoon by spoon only. *When milk solid separates and yellowish water releases, immediately switch off the Gas. Overboiling will make paneer hard in texture. *Place one soft cotton cloth in a steel strainer. Keep this strainer in a big pan so that whey water will get collected in the pan. This Kadhi goes very well with Khichdi or any Rice preparation.
Very tasty and yummy preperation😋😋
You can drink, one Bowl as a Meal between Meal.
Ingredients
*Tomato...6
*Curd...1/2 Cup
*Chickpea flour...1/2 Cup
*Garlic...4 pods
*Grated Ginger...1 TSP
*Green Chillies...2
*Curry leaves...12
*Oil/Ghee...3 tsp
*Cumin seeds...1/2 tsp
*Asafoetida Powder...a pinch
*Salt...1 tsp
*Sugar...2 tsp
Method...
* Chopp the Tomatoes, put it in one Steel Pot. Cover with the lid, steam on the Gas stove for five minutes without adding any Water.
*Let the Tomatoes cool.
* Now  grind from the Mixer steamed Tomatoes, Curd, Chickpea flour, Grated Ginger, Garlic by adding one Cup water.
* Now in another Pan heat Ghee, add Cumin Seeds, after it splutters add Asafoetida Powder, chopped Chillies and Curry leaves.
*Immediately pour the  grinded Tomato mix. Mix properly.
*Let it boil for 4..5 minutes.
*Done... goes very well with any Rice preparation.

टोमॅटोचे सार हे आमच्याकडे मसालेभात किंवा खिचडी सोबत फार आवडते.
या सारात दाटपणा येण्यासाठी आम्ही कधी बटाटा ,दाण्याचा कूट पण वापरतो .
पण मी आज थोडे वेगळे टोमॅटोचे सार केले आहे.
आपण टोमॅटोची कढी पण म्हणू शकता,
झटपट होते व छान लागते.
बघू या कसे काय करायचे टोमॅटोचे सार..
साहित्य...
*टमाटे... 6
*दही ...अर्धी वाटी
*बेसन... अर्धी वाटी
*लसूण... चार पाकळ्या
*आले कीस... एक चमचा
*तेल किंवा तूप ...3 टीस्पून
*जिरे ...अर्धा टी स्पून
*कढीलिंब... दहा-बारा पाने
*मिरची...1,2
*मीठ... एक टिस्पून
*साखर... दोन टीस्पून
*हिंग पूड... चिमूटभर
कृती...
*टमाटे चिरून पाच मिनिटं वाफवून घ्या, पाणी न घालता झाकण ठेवून शिजवून घ्यायचे.गार होऊ द्या.
* टमाट्याच्या फोडी, दही ,बेसन ,आले कीस व लसूण एकत्र करून  दोन वाटी पाणी घालून मिक्सरमधून वाटून घ्या.
*मिश्रण एका भांड्यात काढून घ्या.
*छोट्या कढईत तूप घालून जिरे व हिंग घाला. *जिरे तडतडल्यावर मिरच्यांचे तुकडे व कढीपत्ता घालून खमंग फोडणी करून घ्या.
*ही फोडणी सारामध्ये घाला  व चार-पाच मिनिटे उकळून घ्या.
*नुसते पण पिऊ शकता किंवा खिचडी व मसाले भाता सोबत तर अप्रतिम लागते.
