Ingredients... 1 Cup...150 ml or 1/2 Measuring cup  *Kokum Agal...कोकम आगळ...1 Cup *Water .... 6 Cups *Sugar or Jaggery... 6-7 tsp  *Green chillies... 2..cut in Big pieces  *Coriander chopped.... 1 tbspn *Ghee... melted... 1 tbspn  *Cumin seeds ... 1/2 tsp  *Salt...    One of the favourite Raita in our house.
When it is prepared from fresh Pineapple... when mixed with Curd it tastes bitter...I don't want to use tinned Vegetable and Fruits...
So after doing lots of experiments I got this fail proof Recipie.
You just try it ...very tasty n Yummmm 😋
Ingrediants. ..
*Chopped fresh Pineapple chunks...  2 cups.
1 Cup...150 ml
*Thick home made Curd... 2 cups
*Sugar ...6 tsps
*Salt ...1/4 tsp.
*Pomegranate Seeds... 1/2 Cup *Coriander for Garnish
Method...
*In a pan mix pineapple chunks n 5 tsp sugar....cook stirring continuously till sugar dissolves n absorbed by Pineapple.
*Quantity of sugar may vary as per taste.
*Let pineapple chunks cool...
*Beat curd...add  remaining Sugar
and Salt,Pineapple chunks n   Pomegranate Seeds.
*Mix all well.
*Garnish with coriander leaves.

पाईनऍपल रायता म्हणजे सर्वांचे आवडते , पण ते घरी ताज्या अननसाचे कसे करायचे ते पाहू.
टिन मधील फळे व भाज्या ताज्या नसतात, आणि ताजे अननस घरी वापरले की कडवट लागते, मग अनेक प्रयत्ना नंतर आता व्यवस्थित जमते आहे.
आज त्याची रेसिपी पाहू या...
साहित्य...
*ताज्या अननसाच्या फोडी... 2 वाटी
1 वाटी... 150 मिली
*ताजे घट्ट दही ...2 वाटी
*साखर ...6 tsp
*मीठ... 1/4 tsp
*डाळिंब दाणे ...1/2 वाटी
*कोथिंबीर सजावटीसाठी
कृती...
*5 tsp साखर व अननसाच्या फोडी एकत्र करून गॅसवर साखरेचे पाणी आटेपर्यंत शिजवून घ्या. शिजवताना सतत ढवळत राहा. 
*गार होऊ द्या. साखरेचे प्रमाण अननसाच्या आंबटपणानुसार किंवा आपल्या आवडीनुसार कमी-जास्त करू शकता.
*दह्यात 1 tsp साखर व मीठ घालून फेटून घ्या.
 *मग गार झालेले अननस व डाळिंब दाणे घालून मिक्स करा.
*कोथिंबीरने सजवून सर्व्ह करा.
*बघा तुमच्या घरी पण आवडते का सगळ्यांना...

Ingredients  1 cup...150 ml •Milk powder....2 Cup  •Milk... 1 Cup  •Pure ghee...Melted...1/2 Cup •Grinded sugar...1 Cup  •Coarsely grinded sugar...3-4 tbsp  •Nutmeg powder.... 1 tsp  •Green cardamom powder... 1 tsp  Method  •Take a thick based or non stick kadhai. •Add 3 tbsp ghee and milk powder. •Put on a gas at the lowest flame. Keep sauting continuously. •After 2-3 minutes of roasting add remaining ghee and keep roasting continuously. Gas flame should be lowest. Roast the milk powder till it becomes light brown. Care should be taken, that it shouldn't burn or stick to the bottom of the kadhai. •This takes approximately 15-20 minutes. •Switch off the gas. Add Milk in the kadhai.
