*Fresh Mint leaves...1 Cup
*Spicy Green Chillies...7..8
*Grated Raw Mango ...1/2 cup *Jaggery... 4 tsp
*Salt... 1/2 tsp.
*Roasted Chana Dal/Dalya... 1/2 tbsp...
Method...
*Wash n clean Coriander,Mint leaves, and Green Chillies.
*Chopp Green Chillies.
*Add all in the mixer n grind without adding water.
*Tangy n flavorful chutney is ready.
*Refrigerate it for the long shelf life.
*Tastes better for 2..3 days.

उन्हाळ्यात पुदिना आपल्या तोंडाला चव तर देतोच .. शिवाय थंडावा देउन पचनास पण मदत करतो.
पुदिन्याचा सुगंधा सोबत आंबट-गोड चवीची ही चटणी फार सुंदर लागते...
अगदी तळहातावर घेऊन खायलाही मज्जा येते😋😋
साहित्य...
*पुदिना पाने...1 वाटी
*कोथिंबीर...1 वाटी
*हिरवी मिरची तिखट..7..8
*कैरी किस ...1/2 वाटी,
*मीठ ...1/2 tsp,
*फुटाणे डाळ्या... 1/2 tablespoon
*गूळ ...4 tsp
कृती....
*पुदिना व कोथिंबीर स्वच्छ धुवून घ्या.
*हिरवी मिरची धुवून चिरा.
*सगळे साहित्य एकत्र करून मिक्सर मध्ये चटणी वाटून घ्या.
*छान लागते, फ्रिज मध्ये 2..3 दिवस छान टिकते.
