You can prepare the Paneer at home and use by keeping in refrigerator for 2-3 days. Ingredients... *Full fat milk... 1 litre *Vinegar... 2 tablespoons *Water... 4 tablespoons. Method... *Mix vinegar and water. *Boil the milk in a pan. *When milk starts boiling add gradually this vinegar water mix and keep stirring with a spoon. Take care to add this vinegar water mix spoon by spoon only. *When milk solid separates and yellowish water releases, immediately switch off the Gas. Overboiling will make paneer hard in texture. *Place one soft cotton cloth in a steel strainer. Keep this strainer in a big pan so that whey water will get collected in the pan. Mango Custard
The only beautiful thing in summer is that we can eat Mangoes...
So many delicious varieties are available in our country...
This Mango Custard is very yummy... crunchy and tasty too....
Ingredients...
*Full Fat Milk....3 Cups
*Sugar....3 tbspn
*Vanilla Custard Powder....5 tsp
*Mango Pulp...1 Cup
*Chopped Mangoes...1 Cup
*Cashew Chopped...1/2 Cup
Method....
*In a 1/2 Cup Milk mix Custard Powder without forming lumps.
*Heat the remaining Milk by adding Sugar, when it will start boiling add Custard Mix Milk.
*Keep stirring constantly. Within 2..3 months it will become thick.
*Switch off the gas.
*Let it cool and Refrigerate it.
*While serving mix Mango Pulp n Chopped Cashews.
*Serve with Chunks of Mangoes.
*Here I have used Dashhari Mango.
Tip... Mangoes should be of sweet variety.

आंबा कस्टर्ड
आंबा घालून केलेले हे कस्टर्ड खूप चवदार झाले आहे ....
मधुर आंब्याच्या फोडी व कुरकुरीत काजू एक वेगळीच लज्जत आणत आहेत...
साहित्य...
*दुध...3 वाटी
*साखर...3 टेबलस्पून
*व्हॅनिला कस्टर्ड पावडर...5 टीस्पून
*गोड आमरस... 1वाटी
*आंबा फोडी....1 वाटी
*काजू तुकडे...1/2 वाटी
कृती...
*अर्धी वाटी दुध एका वाटीत घेऊन त्यात कस्टर्ड पावडर छान गुठळ्या होऊ न देता मिसळून घ्या.
*उरलेले दूध साखर घालून उकळी येऊ द्या, उकळी आल्यावर कस्टर्ड पावडर चे दुध घालून सतत हलवत रहा. दोन मिनिटांनी घट्ट होईल.
*गार झाल्यावर फ्रीजमध्ये ठेवून द्या.
*सर्व्ह करताना आमरस व काजू तुकडे घालून एकत्र करा.
*वरून आंबा फोडी घालून सर्व्ह करा.
*खुप छान लागते 😋😋
