#Thalipeeth

This is a traditional Maharashtrian dish prepared with multigrain flour.

Generally we prepare a specially roasted flour called as "thalipita chi bhajani"

 But when there is no bhajani in the house, this thalipeeth can be made with the following mixed flour.

It is very crispy and tastes beautiful and tasty.

 This thalipeeth is made of jawari flour, jawari flour should be eaten in summer. This is prepared with  lots of onion and coriander both are cool in nature.

 The pungent smell of onion wafts through the house... the Thalipeeth tastes delicious

 Let's see Thalipeeth made with mixed flour..

 * Sorghum/Jawar flour... one cup

 *Rice flour... half cup

 *Besan ...half cup

 * Chopped Coriander.. Two Tablespoon

 *Chopped onion ...one cup

 *Chop green chillies...three

*Sesame seeds...1 tsp

 *Red chilli powder...one and half tsp
