This recipe is very easy to prepare.  You can prepare the Paneer at home and use by keeping in refrigerator for 2-3 days. Ingredients... *Full fat milk... 1 litre *Vinegar... 2 tablespoons  *Water... 4 tablespoons. Method... *Mix vinegar and water. *Boil the milk in a pan. *When milk starts boiling add gradually this vinegar water mix and keep stirring with a spoon.  Take care to add this vinegar water mix spoon by spoon only. *When milk solid separates and yellowish water releases, immediately switch off the Gas. Overboiling will make paneer hard in texture. *Place one soft cotton cloth in a steel strainer. Keep this strainer in a big pan so that whey water will get collected in the pan. These snacks are so tasty and yummy that everyone likes it.
We can eat them as it is or accompaniment with any other food
Preperations.
Bought out snacks contains lots of Soda and reused reheated Oil which is not at all good for our health.
We can prepare all these at home...that too without using Soda... still they will be crispy n tasty 😋😋
Ingrediants. ..
*Chickpea flour...4 Cups
*Oil...1 cup.
*Cold Water... 1 cup
*Salt...1.5 TSP
*Cumin seeds and Ajwain/ Carom Seeds Powder....*2 tsp... Optional
*Oil .. for frying
Method...
*Mix Water & Oil in a Mixer jar...churn it till Milky white.
*Pour it in a pan, add Salt, Cumin Seeds Powder if using. Mix properly.
*Now gradually add Chickpea flour without forming lumps.
*Heat the Oil in a Pan...
*Take the mould...use different discs as shown in the photo...use one  at a time...fill the  chickpea batter.
*Press it carefully in the Oil...
*Deep-fry on medium flame till crispy.
*In this way make all three varieties.
*When cool store in an Airtight container.
*Will remain fresh for 15 days.

शेव... गाठी... पापडी
शेव....गाठी....पापडी हे प्रकार सर्वांच्या अतिशय  आवडीचे आहेत पण हे प्रकार जर बाजारातून आणले तर त्यामध्ये भरपूर सोडा व पुन्हा पुन्हा उकळून केलेले ते तेल असते जे आपल्या आरोग्यासाठी मुळीच चांगले नसते. त्यामुळे हे प्रकार मग आम्ही आणत पण नव्हतो आणि खात पण नव्हतो पण आता अतिशय सोप्या प्रकारे व सोडा न घालता हे प्रकार कसे करायचे ते आपण बघू या
ही शेव... गाठी... पापडी घरी केली आहे ,तरी अतिशय खुसखुशीत आहे .
यात आपण सोडा वा पापड खार बिलकुल वापरला नाही आहे .
साहित्य...
*थंड पाणी ..एक वाटी
*तेल... एक वाटी
*ओवा आणि जिरे यांची पूड... दोन टीस्पून ... ऐच्छिक
*मीठ...१.५ टीस्पून
*बेसन... अंदाजे चार वाट्या
कृती
*तेल व पाणी मिक्सरमधून फेसाळ पांढरे होईपर्यंत  फेटून घ्या . अगदी दुधाप्रमाणे दिसते.
*एका भांड्यात ते पाणी काढुन त्यात ओवा जिरेपूड ,मीठ घाला आणि मावेल तेवढे बेसन घाला.
*अंदाजे चार वाट्या बेसन मावेल.
*साच्यात हे पीठ भरा व चित्रात दाखवल्याप्रमाणे वेगवेगळ्या  तबकड्या वापरून गाठी, पापडी आणि शेव करून घ्या
*मध्यम आचेवर गरम तेलात तळून घ्या.
*गार झाल्यावर तुकडे करून डब्यात भरून ठेवा.
*कुरकुरीत खमंग शेव... गाठी... पापडी मस्त घरच्या घरी तयार... सगळ्यांनाच आवडते.

Ingredients  1 cup...150 ml •Milk powder....2 Cup  •Milk... 1 Cup  •Pure ghee...Melted...1/2 Cup •Grinded sugar...1 Cup  •Coarsely grinded sugar...3-4 tbsp  •Nutmeg powder.... 1 tsp  •Green cardamom powder... 1 tsp  Method  •Take a thick based or non stick kadhai. •Add 3 tbsp ghee and milk powder. •Put on a gas at the lowest flame. Keep sauting continuously. •After 2-3 minutes of roasting add remaining ghee and keep roasting continuously. Gas flame should be lowest. Roast the milk powder till it becomes light brown. Care should be taken, that it shouldn't burn or stick to the bottom of the kadhai. •This takes approximately 15-20 minutes. •Switch off the gas. Add Milk in the kadhai.
