Boondi Raita is very favourite of all 😋😋😋😋
When prepared with the freshly home made Boondi and Curd it tastes amazing 👌👌
Ingredients...
*Homemade Khari Boondi...1.5 Cups 1Cup... 150 ml
*Homemade Curd... 2 Cups
*Sugar... 2 tsp (Optional)
*Salt... 1/2 tsp
*Roasted Cumin seeds powder....
1/2 tsp
*Green chillies...2
*Chopped coriander... 1 tbspn
*Chopped fresh mint leaves..1/2 tbspn ( optional)
Method...
*Take 4 cups lukewarm water, ( not hot), pour this water in a big pan.
*Add Khari Boondi in that lukewarm water, let it soak only for 2 minutes.
Squeeze out the water by pressing Khari Boondi in your hands. Keep it aside.
This process will reduce the oil contents of Boondi
* Slit the green chillies, and cut it into big pieces.
*In another pan beat the Curd well and add 1/2 cup water.
By adding water Raita will not become thick.
*Now add chopped green chillies, coriander, mint leaves, cumin seeds powder, sugar and salt in the curd.
Mix well, then add soaked Khari Boondi. Again mix well.
*Serve after 15 minutes.
*Enjoy 🙂
